How does the program work?
With your interest in the program, you would contact the SCMAF office to collect KEY CODES* for all the coaches you wish to participate. You will receive a spreadsheet from SCMAF containing all the key codes and instructions on how the online program works. After receiving this information, you will them distribute each coach one (1) key code and a key code instruction letter that provides information on how to unlock the online course. Once the key codes and letters have been distributed, you can monitor your coaches’ course progress through ASEP’s website. It’s that simple!
*A key code is a code that “unlocks” access to an online course. Each key code is unique; no two coaches can “share” a key code”. Once a key code is used, it cannot be used again. If entered a second time, the code will be recognized as invalid by the system and course access will be denied.
