| 2013 ASSOCIATION QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT RESULTS |
The Official SCMAF Basketball Rule Book shall govern all SCMAF Basketball competitions.
HOW TO QUALIFY:
In order to enter any SCMAF Association or Federation Competition, Agencies must register their Youth Basketball Teams with SCMAF, no later than February 1. All teams must also have participated through a program sponsored, directed, and supervised by an Active or Associate SCMAF Member.
Tournament of League Champions (T.L.C.) Classification (drafted) teams must have qualified through an Association Tournament. In the event that three or more agencies in an Association not holding a tournament wish to participate in the same division, the teams with the earliest entry shall be selected as the Association representative.
In the event of openings in a division, Associations with the greatest number of teams participating in the Division qualifying tournament (Association level) will be offered the opportunity to send an extra team.
| TOURNAMENT GENERAL RULES AND MODIFICATIONS |
The Boys Open and Girls Open Classifications (non drafted, all-stars, player additions) are Federation tournaments with no Association tournament qualifiers required. Entry will be permitted on a first come, first accepted basis.
TOURNAMENT REGISTRATIONS MUST INCLUDE: 
1. SCMAF Team Roster (Must be signed by SCMAF member representative)
2. SCMAF Youth Waiver/Release Form
3. Verification of Birth Date
4. Entry fee payable to SCMAF, Entry will not be accepted without fee
Open Tournament, Early Bird deadline March 26th Entry Fee $230, after March 26th with completed tournament registration Entry Fee $260

Tournament of League Champions Series, Entry Fee $205- plus $25 for insurance for teams that did not participate in a qualifying tournament.
Note: TLC teams must qualify at Association Qualifier Tournament.
2013 COMPETITION DIVISIONS
1. AGE - The year born is the primary criteria for determining the age for competition. Players must provide written verification of date of birth. Special provision players using grade for the division must provide written verification of current grade.
2. DIVISIONS - The following divisions shall be used for all SCMAF Basketball competitions:
Division AA - Open Division Only - Born in 1997 or 1998
Players who are born in 1997 or 1998 and players born in 1996 and in a grade no higher than 10th are eligible.
Division A - TLC/Open Divisions - Born in 1999 or 2000
Players who are born in 1999 or 2000 and players born in 1998 and in a grade no higher than 8th are eligible.
Division B - TLC/Open Divisions - Born in 2001 or 2002
Players who are born in 2001 or 2002 and players born in 2000 and in a grade no higher than 6th are eligible.
Division C - TLC/Open Divisions - Born in 2003 or 2004
Players who are born in 2003 or 2004 and players born in 2002 and in a grade no higher than 4th are eligible.
