Citation Awards
The Citation Award may be given to an Active or Associate Member of the Federation who, throughout their career, have met at least four (4) of the following criteria and have previously received a Federation Service Award or Ed Baldwin “Spirit of SCMAF” Award:
1. Performed an outstanding job as Chairperson of a Federation Committee.
2. Performed an outstanding contribution towards conducting Federation programs or activities over a period of at least three (3) years.
3. Introduced a new idea, activity or concept benefiting the Federation or general sports public.
4. Held an Active or Associate Membership and displayed continued involvement in the Federation for at least five (5) years.
5. Made positive contributions towards multiple SCMAF Committees and/or activities.
