Golden Shield Awards
This award may be given to recognize Active Federation Member Agencies for outstanding contributions to the Federation. Criteria for this award are all of the following:
1. Shown outstanding leadership in the Federation through substantial Committee involvement, Committee Chairperson, Federation Board Member or Officer for the past five (5) years.
2. Accepted responsibilities and performed services over and above the normal on Federation Programs.
3. Has maintained high professional standards.
4. Has an Active Membership and displayed continued involvement in the Federation for at least seven (7) years.
5. Agencies are only eligible to receive this award once every five (5) years.
