Individuals who have the responsibility to administer and/or conduct a sports program for a municipality, county agency, recreation district, or any agency that is the major provider of recreation services within the SCMAF geographic boundaries are eligible to be an Active Member. Active Members are eligible to vote and are entitled to hold elective or appointive office in the Federation.
