The final LA84 Foundation Cross Country Coaches Clinic of 2019 will be held Sunday, August 11, at Foothill Technology High School in Ventura.

With presentations by Ken Reeves, Bill Tokar, Kevin Smith, Tim O’Rourke and Josh Spiker, this FREE clinic is for beginning coaches in elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and clubs.
 
Topics will include introducing athletes to cross country, setting up a training program, putting on a home meet, and selecting proper shoes.
 
This is a Coaches Clinic, not an Athletes Clinic. Please do not bring your athletes.
